Reservation Policy
- The majority of our guests are vacationers rather than business travelers. This results in the biggest demand for accommodations during the weekend, holiday periods, and school vacation times.
- During the resort peak times, early June through late August, only weekly rentals are accepted. Less than week rentals are accepted at other times, 2 night minimum.
- Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. First choice is given to our guests who choose to re-book a cabin before September 30th. After October 1st, reservations for the following year are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible. You can e-mail us at [email protected] for availability and other questions. Reservations can be made by calling 715-276-6195.
Deposit Policy
- All reservations require a confirming deposit. This deposit is due when the reservation is made.
- Visa or MasterCard may be used for deposits, as well as cash or personal checks. Reservations will not be held without a deposit.
- Balance of rental is due upon arrival, when you check in.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a cancellation fee of one night's stay ($150) if you cancel within one week of your stay. REGARDLESS OF REASON FOR CANCELLING. This fee is deducted from your deposit.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed in the cabins.
- All pets must be under control or on a leash at all times. Owners' full responsibility! Please clean up after them.
